Comunica Distinct Terms Pushdown Optimize Query Operation Actor

An Optimize Query Operation actor that rewrites SELECT DISTINCT queries to use the DistinctTerms operator when querying a single source that supports it.

This module is part of the Comunica framework, and should only be used by developers that want to build their own query engine.
